Bug - Fixed Add missing monster stats for new rats

The missing stats for the following monsters have been recently spaded (and are helpful to have for things like flyering)

Bunch of drunken rats (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Data:Bunch_of_drunken_rats)
Drunken rat king (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Data:Drunken_rat_king)
Tomb rat king (http://kol.coldfront.net/thekolwiki/index.php/Data:Tomb_rat_king)

Though the tomb rat king's talk page says that the attack value is probably 350 as well, not 352. Do the attack/substat values round?

All three monsters are currently present with some data. KoLmafia and the Wiki do not agree on the Tomb rat king but if anyone thinks mafia is wrong they can make a new report.
