Feature - Implemented Add a Boss-field to the $monster data type

With the recent update to phylums to fill in missing ones that weren't available with the stomping boots a check for $phylum[none] won't work to check for monsters that KoL consider to be Boss-monsters, and thus un-stompable by the Stomping Boots. As such I'd like to request that a new proxy-filed (or possibly a new ash function is_boss($monster)) is implemented that can be checked instead.

"Release the Boots" isn't the only thing that won't work on bosses. They also cannot be copied and probably other things. This is definitely useful data for some scripts.
