Based on this thread, I was thinking it would be helpful to be able to have access to some of the items that mafia knows are internally available.
These are, I believe, stored as restaurantItems, microbreweryItems, kitchenItems, and cafeItems. Having access to these would mean that mafia would only need to make at most one server hit to check which items are available, including during Crimbo. Since mafia already has these available internally, it would be nice to be able to look them up if possible.
