Bug - Won't Fix Stomping Boots -- bootsCharged not toggling at appropriate times.

Mafia has failed to detect that my stomping boots are charged, and act accordingly. I toggled the value manually, and then on my next combat, used Release The Boots, and the value was still set to true.
I always update to the most recent version of Mafia using wrldwzrd89's mafia update (java version), so I've seen this with yesterdays (which ever was current 24hrs ago from this post), and r10791.

Works fine for me.

I'm assuming you had a SBIP equipped or had anapests active or something like that. In which case this is Won't Fix. We just can't support text-mangling effects 100%.
