Feature - Implemented Support for Clan Jukebox

OOOoh, now that the choices are configurable for breakfast and deeds... Can I please get a deeds module for the jukebox?

I split this off a (closed, implemented) existing thread because it's not really related. It also requires more work:

- Suport in ClanRumpusRequest to recognize Jukebox requests
- A property to track whether you've played your daily tune
- Probably a CLI command to request one

I actually just bought a Jukebox for one of my private clans, so maybe I'll play with this, eventually. Maybe. Not that I'd want to pre-empt any other interested party from writing the support.

Revision 10792 does this.

Edit: correction: that revision adds the "jukebox" command and the property. I'm leaving the Daily Deed to someone else - or the user - to implement, if they want.

The jukebox command wants "item" for the parameter, but statuseffects.txt has "jukebox items".
