Feature - Implemented Dequeue button in equipment -- pulverise

Any chance of a Dequeue or Remove from Queue button in the equipment pulverise dialog? I added a load of stuff to the queue and added one thing by accident then had to clear the queue!

Not exactly important though!

choose "multiple", select the item, click the enque button, enter 0. Does that work? It worked for me to decrease the queued amount from 3 to 1, but I am not sure if it works for zeroing the amount.
