Newest .jar

ok normally when i download a file it gives me a choice of where to put it but when i downloaded this it just filed it away somewhere so i searched for it and it said there are no matching files with that name even though i just downloaded it so can someone point out what i am doing wrong?

isn't the default folder for downloads in vista the download folder under your user name?

PS
You need to go get firefox ASAP, I cannot stress this enough!

ok i finally found it and am not very familar with .jar files and i try to use it and i fail horribly so can someone walk me through how to use it?
