Feature - Implemented Conspiracy Island Quest Tracking

I'm trying to write a relay script for Conspiracy Island in the vein of Bale's Dinseylandfill & LT&T ones.
I have an issue with the tracking of the quests however.
We have the following prefs available

questESpClipper
questESpEVE
questESpFakeMedium
questESpGore
questESpJunglePun
questESpOutOfOrder
questESpSerum
questESpSmokes

However the value of all of them appears to switch back to "unstarted" once completed. The 5 bolded ones are the ones which give 30 Coinspiracy that can only be completed once until the Omega Device is activated.

Could the values of these quests be set to "finished" until the Omega Device is activated? Note that their availability doesn't reset on ascension, only activating the Omega Device (which, annoyingly, is reset on ascension).
