Bug - Fixed Certain NPC stores sell one-per-ascension Quest Items

Black Market:

forged identification documents (5,000 Meat)
Red Zeppelin ticket (5,000 Meat)
Red Zeppelin ticket (1 priceless diamond)
missing kidney (2,000 Meat, Bad Moon only)

Barrrtleby's Barrrgain Books:

abridged dictionary (1,000 Meat)

All of those items show up in the Purchases frame (as "unlimited"), whether or not you have bought them, and as "creatable" on the Item Manager, ditto. Presumably, you can use the "buy" CLI command or buy() ASH function function to attempt to buy them.

I made the Black Market coinmaster not show the Red Zeppelin ticket if you already have one, but it would be nice to fix the other issues.

Revision 17402 should fix all of these.

Exception: we don't list spare kidney in the Black Market. We can't do that until we learn the correct ROW for it.
