New Content - Implemented Current Royalty value is now in the quest log

Jick made a trivial update during the last radio show: "The Other Accomplishments page of your quest log now reports your Royalty, if you have any Royalty."

The current mechanism is simply that KoLmafia "notices" when a royal tea is consumed and increments the value appropriately.

Would it be possible to use the quest log value to populate the KoLmafia "royalty" value?

r16864 refactors QuestLogRequest to use ConsequenceManager to simplify such changes in the future. It also should populate royalty when it sees the accomplishments tab of the quest log.
