When I logged in to KoLmafia, r16428, it took a long time to do so and this error finally showed at the top of the gCLI:

According to KoLmafia I have nothing in inventory. If I log in to KoL directly all is well. If I refresh my inventory from KoLmafia the error above is repeated after a lengthy pause.

Any ideas?

Interesting, works perfectly for me with no error message. How are you refreshing the inventory? I hit refresh in item manager.

Edit - Tried logging out and in again, didn't take long and no errors.

Changed tag from "Bug" to "New Content" because if something breaks due to a KoL change it is New Content. (Not scolding anyone, just informing.) Of course if this proves to be irreproducible, that designation may change.

Right now I can't even log in via KoLmafia. I'm visiting friends in another state and Frontier communications has a bad habit screwing things up with internet traffic. I'll be home tomorrow and will try again from there. I expect the problem will be traceable to Frontier since the same version of KoLmafia worked perfectly from home on Friday.

Sorry for the confusion.

@Bale - You're correct. I knew it as soon as I posted the message but by then it was too late.

It was the internet service provider. Same laptop and KoLmafia version, no software changes, everything works as expected.
