Mafia issues warnings about not having proper tools for making perfect cocktails (base booze + perfect ice), and thinks it will take an adventure, when it's just a simple cocktail to make.

Try r16427 or above.
I had added it as fancy on the first day when KoL told me I didn't have the required tools to make it. Clearly things have changed.
