New Content - Implemented Choice adventure support for That 70s Volcano

The following choice adventures lack spoiler text in the relay browser and auto-adventure support.

Choice 1095: Tin Roof -- Melted
Zone: The Velvet / Gold Mine

• Choice 1 (Head to the boss's shack): Fight Mr. Choch
• Choice 2 (Check out HR): Acquire half-melted hula girl

Choice 1096: Re-Factory Period
Zone: LavaCo Lamp Factory

• Choice 1 (Go into the boss's office): Fight Mr. Cheeng
• Choice 2 (Go up the stairs): Acquire glass ceiling fragments

Choice 1097: Who You Gonna Caldera?
Zone: The Bubblin' Caldera

• Choice 1 (Head for the singing): Acquire The One Mood Ring
• Choice 2 (Head for the roaring): Fight Lavalos

There are a few more (1092, 1094), but they're a little less straightforward than these three.

I'm not a developer, and I figured it would be faster for everyone involved if I just posted this here and let someone else make the patch.
