Bug - Fixed Maximizer handles Hatrack and Pantsrack poorly

It looks to me like Evaluator works out the scores for items based on their normal bonuses, and then adds them to the ranked list. For items being considered for Pantsrack or Hatrack they should also consider the score when worn by the familiar, and we should add them to the familiar ranked list as well, but with that score.

r16201 should fix this.

r16204 does it better, handling caps better and not automatically flagging items that are automatically flagged on the character themselves (Smiths, Hodgemans etc).
