New Content - Implemented Add idiot brain to database

I'm assuming the reason it hasn't been added is because there wasn't a way to confirm the item ID. If not, I am wondering what the reason is. I just checked the item description and it is indeed 5778 (the previous guess was 5757). Item data:

Where does it drop?

It doesn't; it was an item that was originally intended to allow for respeccing skill points in Zombie Slayer but never got added. It is currently only possible to get via quantum taco, and then the description is only visible from consumption history.
