I don't really know anything yet, but post-cyrpt cemetary and pre-cyrpt cemetary are now The VERY Unquiet Garves and The Unquiet Garves (same location urls and all). Same monsters, it seems.

So far: quest log entry as a SC:
<blockquote><b>Me and My Nemesis</b><br> Search the <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=cemetery><b>Misspelled Cemetary</b></a> on the <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=plains><b>Nearby Plains</b></a> for the Tomb of the Unknown Seal Clubber

This is actually currently a bit bizarre, since I also have the just-started old quest, too.

Choiceadv 1049, "Tomb of the Unknown Your Class Here", about the 7th turn in the zone. Incorrectly answering changes the questlog text to
<b>Me and My Nemesis</b><br> Solve the riddle in the Tomb of the Unknown Seal Clubber in the <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=cemetery><b>Misspelled Cemetary</b></a>.
and unlocks The Unknown Tomb in the cemetary.

Success is choiceadv 1041, which chains into a combat with The Unknown Seal Clubber. At this point, the questlog is set to
<blockquote><b>Me and My Nemesis</b><br> The Ghost of the Unknown Seal Clubber in the <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=cemetery><b>Misspelled Cemetary</b></a> wants to fight you to test your worthiness.

Winning sets the quest log to:
<blockquote><b>Me and My Nemesis</b><br> You've reclaimed the Epic Weapon! Time to go show it off at <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=town><b>your guild</b></a>.

Visiting the seal clubber again sets the quest log to
<blockquote><b>Me and My Nemesis</b><br> Find Beelzebozo in <a class=nounder target=mainpane href=place.php?whichplace=plains><b>The "Fun" House</b></a> and recover the missing piece of the Legendary Epic Weapon.

Also, Bjorn's hammer is no longer smithable. I imagine the same is the case with the other nemesis items.

Huh. I got the first two Nemesis Assassins this morning. I wonder if it has reset the quest for me?

Interesting note, Pasta of Peril (and Greek Pasta of Peril) are now Pasta Spoon of Peril and Greek Pasta Spoon[s?] of Peril. I don't think anything else has changed.

(confirmed pasta spoon of peril plural via /count. I don't know if there's still an arbitrary item plural bug on the loose.)

I have a Greek Pasta Spoon of Peril in inventory. Since it's a quest item, I can't use /closet to check the plural. I have no idea how to use /count to test it. If I say /count Greek Pasta Spoon of Peril, it says "You have 1 Greek Pasta Spoon of Peril." How do you "confrm a plural" of a quest item using /count?

Pasta Spoon of Peril is not a quest item; that's how.

edit: they seem to have silently changed recently to be no-trade (although not quest items? I still put them into my DC). I bought two via mall, so I have two of them now.

Oh, this is funny. I am in aftercore, have made my Legendary Epic Weapon, defeated my Nemesis in his lair, have defeated two assassins, and when I just visited the SCG in my guild, he assigned me the Nemesis quest and told me about the Unquiet Garves. When I visit the plains, the Misspelled Cemetary is there and the Cyrpt is gone.

I look forward to seeking the Grave of the Unknown Pastamancer tomorrow and seeing what happens.

The Cyrpt is inside the Cemetary, now. The unquiet garves and the really unquiet garves are also inside the cemetary.

The Unknown Seal Clubber is mon1775, same stats as the unknown pastamancer (25 attack, 25 defense, 15 hp, spooky, undead, never wins init), except it drops Bjorn's hammer. It's probably okay to extrapolate that 1778 is unknown turtle tamer, 1780 is unknown sauceror, 1781 is unknown disco bandit, and 1782 is unknown accordion thief; however, it's safer to add these as we get confirmation that this is the case.

Since SC is 1775 and PM is 1777, I assume you meant TT is 1776, SA is 1778, DB is 1779, and AT is 1780

Revision 15895 adds The Unknown Seal Clubber and, as comments, the others per what I just said. We'll wait for confirmation...

Oh dear. It looks like the inside of the Cyrpt has changed slightly.

I'm seeing the evilometer at the top followed by the characters "l>" and then the Defiled Cyrpt under it.

Here's my html:

It's clear that evilometer was put into the wrong place entirely.

Wiki has Unknown Turtle Tamer and Unknown Sauceror agreeing with our guess, so revision 15899 puts those in.

I intentionally lost to the Unknown Accordion Thief so I could find the URL for the tomb (after failing to intentionally give the wrong answer to the riddle; apparently I was correct, somehow.) That logs nicely.

We should presumably have class-based spoilers for the riddles.
And the quest log is obviously somewhat changed - for the early stages, at least. I forgot to save the steps. Sorry!

I haven't been into the new Cyrpt yet - although I have the Evilometer. I'll see what I can figure out about Bale's report.

Edit: Revision 15900. Apparently, "plains.php" is now "place.php?whichplace=plains".
And also, apparently the "Back to the Misspelled Cemetery" link still takes you back to the Nearby Plains. I bet they change that, by and by, but my submit should continue to work.

r15935 updated quest tracking. What was one quest step is now five, so step1 is now step5, and so on. Largely untested.

I'm working on spoilers for the riddle. I understand that the order of the answers is randomized, so we have to detect which is which by looking at the button text.

Not that I've seen them all. If anybody can get a DEBUG log of the Disco Bandit riddle, that will help. And if you can tell me what the answer is, that will help too. :)

Hm, I happen to still have access to a disco bandit that hasn't yet done the nemesis quest. Answer is "Me. Duh."

I guessed that, but thanks for the confirmation.

The DEBUG log showed that even though there is a period in that phrase, Jick did NOT put 2 spaces after it, contrary to his wont. Also, that the quotes are real HTML entities, although I don't need to actually match on those.

Code:
<input  class=button type=submit value=""Me. Duh."">
OK, given that, I have an untested commit ready to go. I just need to confirm that my refactoring didn't break anything, and I will be able to test that tomorrow.

I'll be able to test the Nemesis spoilers on Sunday, so perhaps I should just wait an extra day, anyway.

> test load disco-riddle.html

Read 4,942 bytes into a 4,942 character string

> test choice 1049

default decision = 1
choice 1: "Me. Duh." (right answer)
choice 2: "Sneaky Pete." (wrong answer)
choice 3: "The guy who invented the Lindy Hop." (wrong answer)
I had to munge the "test choice" command to set my class to Disco Bandit, but, it seems to be working.

I might submit this after I do more testing for other choices tomorrow.
