Feature - Implemented track oven and cocktail possession

in Ed, if you buy a dramatic range and put it in your campground, Mafia is only aware of your possession of the oven during the single session that you purchased and used the oven. If you try to cook anything during any other session it just goes ahead and buys another oven, and uses it.

same with cocktailcrafting, the quelle du coq or whatever.

From what I understand, this is a consequence of not being able to access the campground.

Now, as of now, Ed is the only path that can't access its campground. But perhaps it might be worthwhile to include some sort of hasRange or hasCoq, just in case?
