Feature Handle exclusive drops

I haven't got a plan yet, but am thinking that it'd be good to have a syntax and handling for exclusive drop items for monsters.

Such as novelty tropical skeleton, can each of 5 fruit types, plus 1 random of those 5.
Or possessed wine rack, which can drop 2 random dusty wines.
Or skeletal sommelier, which can drop 1 random dusty wine
And Smut Orcs, which drop 1 random plank and 1 random fastener

I'm thinking we need something like :

Descriptor:Item1/Item2/Item3 (droprate)

In relay browser and location details we'd have Descriptor (droprate)
When looking at which items a monster can drop for goals, pickpockets etc, we'd use the Items.

This is pretty much off the top of my head, so needs more thought, and feedback welcomed!
