Bug - Not A Bug burn extra mp command yields "You ran out of restores."

Steps to reproduce:
* Have an active mood with one or more self-castable skills.
* Have some excess MP available.
* Do "burn extra mp" (or burn <integer> mp) in the CLI.

Observed behavior: "You ran out of restores" error.

Expected behavior: Cast some skills.

If it matters, I'm in hardcore Actually Ed. I have 269 maxMP, mostly full, and mana burning is set to recast down to 20%. I have no MP restorers on hand other than free Chateau rests, but I wouldn't think I should need any.

Reproduced on build 15580 and the latest 16.8 daily build.

Looks to me like it's trying to restore your HP, which is below your trigger level (50%), but you can't restore it as you don't have Ed bandages (and probably wouldn't want to use them anyway).

Edit - Yes, burn command tries to restore HP prior to burning mana.

That seems counterintuitive, but thanks for the clarification! I'll just turn off the HP trigger.

Imagine in a non Ed run if you were left on low HP whilst burn extended some buffs from 700 to 750 turns!
