I reported a similar bug a while ago (http://kolmafia.us/showthread.php?16452-Recent-change-in-item-matching), I suspect the fix would be similar but probably too lazy to try it currently.
Edit 2: Figured it out. Line 155 in UseItemCommand.java has an "if" where it should have an "else if".
