SVN CLI options (Win7)

I am running Win7, looking for a simple SVN interface for updating and uploading/committing scripts to SVN.

I have used TortiseSVN in the past, but my new PC setup does not want me to install anything. I do not use many of the features of SVN, it is only to upload new versions of my scripts. I would prefer a simple, portable, windows-friendly and windows-comparable option.

Any suggestions?

I've looked and haven't found any. Some people have tried making PortableApps.com versions of RapidSVN and SmartSVN, but they didn't play too well on my system. SmartSVN wouldn't even launch.

Only poartable SVN that I found would run was the Subversive add-on in Eclipse, but that runs through Eclipse, not standalone.

Just did a tiny bit of research. CollabNet binaries can be used portable if you just extract the binaries. Alagazam.net apparently has just binaries that work. SlikSVN bin folder also works as a portable install. And there's a sourceforge project called svnportable that might work as well.
