r14455: The off-hand dropdown is enabled when a two handed weapon is equipped. The off-hand list is empty if mafia is started while a two-handed weapon is equipped (main-hand).
After equipping a one-handed weapon, the off-hand list is populated, behaves normally.
Switching back to two-handed weapon, the off-hand list remains enabled and populated, but cannot select anything - the drop down immediately closes.
