Bug - Fixed Wads missing from modifiers.txt

The elemental wads, and their effects, are missing from modifiers.txt:

hot wad / Hot Blooded
cold wad / Cold Blooded
stench wad / Stenchtastic
spooky wad / Spooky Demeanor
sleaze wad / Supafly
prismatic wad / Rainbow Bright

Added the effect durations to modifiers.txt, the rest were there.

I also noticed that KoL itself doesn't list the effects from chewing wads, and submitted a bug report.

Do spleen items *ever* do that?
(the problem is that they are hardcoded, unlike potions; right?)

Eh... that's debatable. They changed foods and drinks to include the effects they grant, if any. Does sound like a KoL oversight.

On the twitch show, Jick said that spleen items had to be added individually, rather than being normalized like potions.
Given that Jick specifically said that they were hardcoded, I don't think it is "debatable" that they are hardcoded, eh?

He also said it many times on radio shows, if transcripts are to be believed. The idea that spleen items should be like everything else apparently comes up like a clock.
