It would be nice if KoLmafia knew if a character can access Spring Break Beach.
There should be a preference, let's call it airportCharter5. I call it that because it has been heavily foreshadowed that there will eventually be 4 other charter flights at Elemental Airport, one for each element, and this is terminal 5. If we call the preference for chartering this flight to be airportCharter5, then we are all set for the day that we need a preference to be named for one of the other terminals.
We should set airportCharter5 to true when one of the following occurs:
This preference would be used by my topmenu relay to know if adding a link to the airport is useful and probably by Ezandora to know if Guide should recommend getting weird DNA.
