Ah, looks like a bug/missing feature/WAD? in regards to moods. It'll auto-equip the pants as long as it isn't one of those issuing the command it seems.

Actually, hola originally coded them to work ONLY in-run; he figured that in aftercore, you didn't need the discount at the expense of two server hits.
I bought a set of trousers when they first came out, but since I exclusively do HC runs, that meant that I never got the benefit of the trousers unless I manually thought to use them, like any old non-KoLmafia user. I found that unsatisfying, so I changed it. Revision 8652 on October 1, 2010.
