If you finish a combat without her, she will say this message
Mafia will still think you have one in inventory, however. Also, when you get your E.M.U unit it still thinks she is there too. I did not check if it thinks it is there when you take too much damage.
(just want to point out that this was based on the maximizer, I didn't think to do an inv or equip check)
