Feature - Implemented Snarfblat/Macro syntax checker

Any chance that the macro syntax checker (which appears in the relay browser when editing macros) could be updated to include the 'snarfblat' predicate? Currently. including this in a macro boots the '"snarfblat" is not a known predicate' message.

I ask because a couple of people have reported it to KoL as a bug, myself included.
