Bug "This skill is useless without a shield"

For some reason for the last few versions over months I've had issues with being unable to stop shieldbashing. Everytime I have no shield equipped, regardless of what I want to do, combat fails immediately with a "This skill is useless without a shield". This happens over different computers and I'm still not sure whats causing it.

I dont have any account macros and I don't have anything on auto attack. I also only have attack with weapon selected.

No I checked that. Thats what I was saying in the post, I've been having this issue for a while now but I didnt want to post quickly just incase I missed somthing. I ran out of ideas though.

In the Custom Combat section, what's selected in the Action field? If it's "custom combat script", what is your CCS?

My custom combat script is attack with weapon at this point, but even if I choose attack with weapon as my action I still get "This skill cannot be used without a shield"
