Probably analogous to agua reminder. Grim Brother is the yearly volleychaun that also drops spleen items.

Or a daily deed with drop down to select which buff to get from talking to the grim brother similar to the hatter buff daily deed.

Wow. What an excellent example of how "title" is a terrible way to elaborate upon a feature request. I think that Razorsoup is in the right ballpark, but I dislike this thread so much I'll just close it now.

If Cool12309 wants to post this feature request in a more explicative manner, he's welcome to do so. He'll have to start again from scratch, which is honestly a really good thing for him since this started so badly.
