Bug - Fixed Feast of Boris monsters capped at 10k.

I was curious after I got fewer stats than expected, so I used a tongue depressor on a can of cranberry sauce (when I had 11k muscle, so Mafia thought it had 11k defense). Apparently they only scale up to 10k now. Not sure if this is a "new" change or what.

r13665 - They also are affected by +ML.
