Feature Modifier Maximizer & Double-Fisted Skull Smashing not behaving as expected

Well, at the very least, the modifier seems to have some odd preferences when it comes to which hand to put your weapons in.

Consider, if you will, the following:

In my opinion, when in this situation, the weapon with the highest weapon damage should be placed in the main-hand. I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug report or a feature request, so I guess I'm calling this a feature request for now.
