Bug - Fixed turns_per_cast() for some skills

Some skills have incomplete, or inconsistent numbers for turns_per_cast().

It looks like for skills that grant intrinsic (infinite turns) effects, the turns_per_cast() is usually 999, but this is not always the case. I am assuming it should be.


Vent Rage Gland = 0 ( should be 5)
Iron Palm Technique = 0 (should be 999)

Pep Talk = 1 (should be 999)

Zombie Chow = 0 (should be 10)
Scavenge = 0 (should be 10)
Ag-grave-ation = 0 (should be 10)
Disquiet Riot = 0 (should be 10)
