Bug - Fixed Maximizer thinks accord ion can be equipped Off Hand

Maximizing elemental damage.

Maximizer suggests an accord ion in main hand and one off hand. However KoL won't let one be equipped off hand.

(accord ion is properly one handed, in that KoL does allow other items to be equipped off hand when it is in the main hand.)

The same is true for the smithness-accordion I think.

The gear changer also lets you try to equip an accordion in your offhand, right? I don't have access to an AT with DFSS.

I think so yes. At least it did when I was an AT last rtime

r13453 - Should hopefully fix this for maximize and gear changer. I've not got an Accordion Thief with Double Fisted to verify this.

Also adds EquipmentDatabase.isMainhandOnly( item ) which simplified some code.
