It would be nice to be able to quickly tell what current effect is a facial expression since only one is allowed at a time, similar to the music note we prefix song effects with.

r13112 - I find the smiley face a little small with the font used for Active Effects, but your milage may vary. A very simple change as we'd already added expressions as a type and isExpression() to SkillDatabase.
