The booPeakProgress gets a 2% error right off the bat. The first non-combat in the zone (which does not cost an adventure) is worth 2%, just like the combats. Yes, this is confusing since it doesn't cost an adventure. It can be corrected by doing "refresh quests" in the CLI.
This could be fixed in one of two ways. Either start the zone off at 98% haunted since you never actually see it at 100% or else make the free non-combat reduce booPeakProgress by 2.
