Bug - Won't Fix Items handling from kmails

Mafia "cannot see" any items that you are receiving in kmail, until doing refresh. And it must be "internal" refresh, simply refreshing page in relay browser is not enough. For example, right now I got batgut thru kmail, that made it to 139. I can see this 139 in my relay browser, I can /count this 139 - but when I am opening Store Manager, it's 138 only. Can it be changed somehow, please?

Yeah, I think this is fine as it currently stands... easy enough to do a refresh inv if you know you've gotten something, and it means you don't need to worry about faked emails messing up your real inventory counts.

The reason this wasn't done years ago is that it's a non-trivial change. That's still the case.
