Feature - Implemented Reorganize "Item-Driven" choice adventures

Currently there are a large number of choice adventure settings in that are "Item-Driven" even though these choice adventures occur in locations and aren't completely triggered by using an item. Most of these are in zones that are added by using an item, like the old antique maps from uncle p's, or by using transponders.

I'd like to move most of these choice adventures to their respective zones instead of having "Item-Driven" be this catch all for locations that are added via using items if no one has any complaints.

I had started something with Memory choice adventures that did just that.

I'll try to either finish it today or post it here so someone can continue.
