This was tested in mafia r27848 Yesterday (3/3/24), running "genie meat" with pocket wishes in inventory would make the meat wish for 50,000 meat. Today, the command seems to silently fail, and a pocket wish is not consumed. Queueing up multiple requests does seem to be running through them...
