new items in the manager

I can't tell if I'm being an idiot or if there's something I need to do that I just happened to forget.
My item manager (focus on the Consumables section) refuses to show me my possible peppermint concoctions.
I have plenty of mint. I have plenty of mixing supplies. None of the items show up (running r10116). Is there some option that I could be overlooking? All my clip art and pumpkin stuff still appears, even though none of it actually exists in my inventory, why not the peppermint options?

Still won't appear even with the items in my inventory.

In the consumables they do not show up because they are not in the system since there are no reliable data for them. For the "creating" section I'm guessing the same, but not sure there.

The peppermint drinks haven't been added to inebriety.txt, so Mafia doesn't treat them as drinks yet. However, all the recipes are in concoctions.txt, so you are able to create them via CLI/ASH or via the Creatable and Mixable sections of the Item Manager.
