What happened to the "action" and "special" fields in the new builds?

What happened to the "action" and "special" fields in the new builds?

And is there any way to get them back?

They're on the Custom Combat subtab now.

I looked there, but couldn't find anything which even vaguely resembled them. I couldn't even find a way to pickpocket before simple actions in the dropdown
