1. How do I find out how much meat I have auto-sold things for during my current ascension?

2. From relay browser, how do I sell off everything eligible to get dimes and/or quarters instead of having to go item-by-item through the list?

In the Relay Browser, you can't. However, in the Mafia GUI, you can do this in the Coin Master frame (Travel -> Visit Coin Masters, or just hit the button that looks like a coin).
