General forum maintenance

With Daychilde gone, and with him a huge store of his old messages we need to look at a lot of the general information messages and Rules messages and make sure they still all link to information. Links to previous messages go nowhere and information about where and how and to whom are all missing.

I don't want to sound totally negative.
But don't we need a total backup of the forum itself also.
So if it disappears we can always restore it in a new place.
