Set a drink in Hangk's to 'memento' status so it's not suggested on the booze page?

As the title says.

I have some Corpse drinks in Hangk's that I do not want to use, but I otherwise want to take advantage of Mafia's ability to suggest things that are available using the 'budget' command.

How can I set specific items so they don't show up in the list when the items are already in Hangk's? Right-clicking on them in the 'Storage' page of the Item Manager only gives "Game Description" and "Wiki Description" as items.

Is there a CLI command?

I suppose you could manually edit itemflags.txt in your /data directory.
