Ever increasing Depleted uranium seal figurines

I have 1 depleted uranium figurine however every time I use it it seems to increase by one in the Item manager so that at the moment it shows as if I have 4 of them.

I just used it one more time, and now it says that I have 5. This increase happens even if I do not have an imbued seal-blubber candle in the inventory so it seems to me as if the useage of the figurine makes Mafia think that I have recived a new one.

That seems to have fixed it. At least for the case of no candle which is the one I can test atm since I've run out of them :)
