I have found yet another handy undocumented feature for those who use strictly the cli
when something goes wrong in your script, and you need the GUI to fix it, typing

priphea
and pressing enter opens the gui. This is great for my icy peak script which sometimes crashes because it cannot buy an item from the mall. you can use the gui to buy the item then restart the script. Tested, and working!

If you prefer your relay browser, then typing

relay
I have not yet tested this feature in the public release, so it may not be there.

One of the best SNES games ever (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lufia_II:_Rise_of_the_Sinistrals). Not that this has any relationship to scripting, except for those who wanted to know why the secret command to load the GUI window was "priphea" instead of something more intuitive like ... "showgui".

Hmm, Time to break out the old SNES emulator, and go hunting for a game that I missed out on. :) just wish I still had a regular snes, the emulators just don't compare to the actual game system.
